Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (plus 10 min. discussion). They should be anonymous. Contact details (name, affiliation and email address) and the title of the talk should be included in the body of the email. Abstracts should not exceed two pages, including examples and references (1 inch margin all around, font 12 pt, notes 10). Please send Word / Open Office / Word Perfect files and use Unicode fonts to: infoichl22@unina.it.
Please also indicate whether you would like your abstract to be considered for the general session or for one of the workshops. Authors may submit up to two abstracts, one individual and one joint (or two joint). Abstracts will be reviewed by at least three members of the scientific committee.
Papers can be submitted either to the general sessions or to one of the workshops:
Diachronic morphophonology: lexical accent systems
Diachronic syntax and (modern) parametric theory
The diachrony of valence: changes in argument structure
The grammaticalization of evidential and epistemic markers
Habituality and genericity in flux
Non-cladistic approaches to language genealogy
Patterns and models of semantic change
Space in diachrony: asymmetries in the space domain and their developments

The deadline for submissions to ICHL is 30 January 2015. Notifications will be sent by 30 March 2015.
