第八届中国英语写作教学与研究国际研讨会

为提高我国英语写作教学质量,繁荣英语写作研究,加强学术交流与合作,促进教学与科研的融合,经中国英语教学研究会写作教学与研究专业委员会决定,“第八届中国英语写作教学与研究国际研讨会”将于2012年10月12日-14日在中国济南举行。
本次会议由中国英语写作教学专业委员会和山东大学联合主办,山东大学外国语学院承办。大会将邀请国内外二语写作领域知名学者做主题发言,并组织分组讨论、工作坊和文化考察,会后将择优出版论文集。

The Eighth International Symposium on EFL Writing
Research and Teaching in China
Call for Papers
Approved by the National Association of EFL Writing Teaching and Research (NAEWTR), the Eighth International Symposium on EFL Writing Research and Teaching in China will be held on October 12-14, 2012 in Jinan, China. This event will be organized by NAEWTR and Shandong University, and hosted by the School of Foreign Languages and Literature of Shandong University.
The symposium encourages international academic communication and cooperation by providing opportunities for the exchange of ideas among teachers and scholars. It aims to improve EFL writing teaching, promote EFL writing research, and enhance the connection between teaching and research in EFL writing areas.
Theme:Teaching and Researching EFL Writing in the Chinese Context:
Psycho-cognitive and Social-cultural Perspectives

Abstract Submission:
The symposium invites contributions from EFL professionals, scholars and students on, but not limited to, the suggested topics. Abstracts in English (300 words) or in Chinese (500 words) are both welcome and should be submitted by May 30, 2012,together with title (both English and Chinese), author’s name and affiliation, and contact information including correspondence address, phone number, and email address.
