跨文化交际与和谐世界:挑战与机遇
中国跨文化交际学会、国际跨文化交际学会、美国中华传播研究学会将于2013 年11 月21 日至24 日在中国海口联合举办第十届中国跨文化交际国际学术研讨会。会议由海南大学旅游学院和海南省翻译协会承办。本届研讨会主题为“跨文化交际与和谐世界:挑战与机遇”。现征集会议论文和研讨专题,欢迎各位专家学者踊跃投稿。

论文和专题研讨摘要提交
会议形式包括主旨发言、论文宣读、专题研讨。会议语言为英语和汉语,并设小语种专场。请有意参会者于2013 年4 月30 日前提交电子版摘要。会议学术委员会将对摘要匿名评审,并于2013 年4 月30 日开始寄发正式参会邀请函。所有稿件请投至会议邮箱:dsjzgkwhjjdh@163.com
稿件格式要求
1) 摘要包括:论文题目、内容描述(200字左右)、关键词(3-5个)、作者信息(包括姓名、职称、学历、工作单位、电子邮箱);欢迎组织专题研讨小组(panel;3-6人),提交专题研讨的题目、关键词和专题组成员信息。
2) 摘要如果被接受,请作者于2013年9月30日前提交全文,中文论文格式参照《外语教学与研究》(http://www.fltr.ac.cn:8080/wyjxyj/CN/column/column115.shtml),英文论文格式参照Journal of Intercultural Communication Studies(http://www.uri.edu/iaics/journal/ICS%202013%20Paper%20Submission%20Guidelines.pdf)。组委会将挑选优秀论文,结集出版。
会务费
中国大陆学者1000 元;学生500 元(凭有效证件);港澳台和国际学者(含学生)及随行人员150 美元。无论文的参会者交会务费1000 元。住宿、交通、旅游费用自理。会议承办方将为与会者组织多个旅游活动,使与会者能够享受海南迤逦的热带滨海美景与独特的多民族人文风情。详细安排随后通告。

CALL FOR PAPERS AND PANEL PROPOSALS
CAFIC-China Association for Intercultural Communication, IAICS-International Associationfor Intercultural Communication Studies, and ACCS-the Association for Chinese Communication Studies are pleased to announce that the 10th CAFIC International Conferencewill be held on November 21-24, 2013 in Haikou, China, co-hosted by Hainan University Tourism College and the Translators Association of Hainan. The conference theme is “Intercultural Communication for a Harmonious World: Challenges and Opportunities.”

Submission Guideline
Major forms of presentation include keynote speeches, paper presentations, and panel discussions. The working languages of the Conference are Chinese and English. Special sections will be arranged for other languages. All paper/panel proposal abstracts must be within 200 words (with 3-5 keywords). The submission deadline is April 30, 2013. The Conference Academic Committee will conduct blind review of the abstracts, and send off formal Conference Invitations from April 30, 2013. Those whose abstracts are accepted by the Committee are supposed to submit their completed papers in Word form through email by Sept.30, 2013. Quality papers will be compiled and published in the Conference Proceedings. Conference registration fee
Chinese mainland scholars, ¥1000.00; students ¥500.00 (with student ID);International scholars, students, and their entourage and conferees from Hong Kong,Macao, and Taiwan $150.00 per person. Flight and transportation, accommodation, and tours are at the conferees’ own expenses. The Conference host will organize different sightseeing and entertainment activities for the conferees to enjoy the unique natural and cultural richness of Hainan, the only tropical island province in China.
