东北亚语言文学与翻译国际学术论坛

第二届东北亚语言文学与翻译国际学术论坛已于2012年5月18-20日在长春东北师范大学举行，在学术界产生广泛影响。本次会议共收到150多篇论文，并编辑出版了本论坛第二期国际学术会议文献集，进入了CPCI-SSH（原ISSHP）国际数据库检索，中国知网重要会议论文全文数据库（CPCD）也收录了此文献集的论文。
为进一步推动东北亚地区语言、文学和翻译学术事业的发展，促进东北亚学者的沟通与交流，将集结出版本论坛第三期国际学术会议文献集，并进入CPCI-SSH（原ISSHP）国际数据库检索，东北亚语言文学与翻译国际学术论坛组委会决定，将于2013年12月26日至28日在黑龙江大学应用外语学院举办“第三届东北亚语言文学与翻译国际学术论坛”，会议将由黑龙江省商务英语学会和外语教学与研究出版社共同协办。
本次论坛主题是：语言、文学、翻译研究与外语教学的理论与实践。将邀请国内外知名专家学者做主旨发言，现诚邀各位业界同仁参会，提出新观点、贡献新思路、报告新成果。本次论坛将组织优秀论文评选，优秀论文将被选入第三期国际学术会议文献集，进入CPCI-SSH国际检索，并颁发本论坛第二期国际学术会议文献集论文获奖证书。本次论坛相关事宜如下：
核心议题：
1.语言学与应用语言学前沿问题研究；
2.文学研究与外语教育研究；
3.跨文化交际与翻译研究；
4.外语专业的教育与教学研究；
5.特殊目的外语教学的理论与实践研究；
6.语言测试与教学评价研究；
7.语料库语言学的理论与实践研究。
工作语言：英语和汉语
会议地点：黑龙江大学应用外语学院（具体地点路线安排待下次另行通知）
会议时间： 2013年12月26日（周四）- 28日（周六）
会议费用：会务费900元/人，研究生会务费500元/每人（凭学生证），参会代表交通费和住宿费自理，筹委会可根据回执协助预定房间。
报到时间：2013年12月25日13:00-21:00（周三）。

The Third Northeast Asia International Symposium on Language, Literature and Translation
NOTICE AND CALL FOR PAPERS
Dear Mr. /Ms. ________,
The Second Northeast Asia International Symposium on Language, Literature and Translation has been successfully held by Northeast Normal University in Changchun from May 18th -20th, 2012, which has received more than 150 academic papers. Among which, the high quality submitted papers have been included in the NALLTS conference proceedings which may be included in CPCI International Index.
This symposium aims to promote new ideas and findings of northeast Asia scholars in research of language, literature and translation,and to provide a platform for exchanges and dialogues among Northeast Asia scholars and scholars in other parts of the world.The Third will be organized by the Symposium Council, hosted by College of Applied Foreign Languages,Heilongjiang University, and assisted by Heilongjiang Society for Business English Studies, and Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press from December 26th to 28th, 2013 in Harbin.
The main theme of the coming symposium is “language, literature, translation studies and theory and practice of foreign language teaching” and within this theme any theoretical and empirical studies and findings are welcome. The symposium will invite internationally established scholars to give keynote speeches. The submitted papers will be refereed by the symposium scientific committee, and high-quality papers will be included in the NALLTS conference proceedings which may be included in CPCI International Index.
